I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as good as expected for the price, being small, cold, and noisy, but they were at least clean, beautiful, and modern. The service was a bit of a hit-and-miss with some members doing their best but influenced by poor management, while others were very helpful and accommodating despite a busy weekend. The location was right in the center, offering a nice view of the square, but some renovations were needed. The dining experience left much to be desired with ordinary food and some cleanliness issues. On the positive side, the hotel was conveniently located in Marianpoles and offered good breakfast options in the restaurant.
